By accessing or using Ragnostic AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Ragnostic AI provides a RAG-based AI platform for Knowledge Base management and Customer Support chatbots. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any documents, text, or data ("User Content") you upload to the Service. By uploading User Content, you grant us a license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your data to train our foundational AI models shared with other customers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

6. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Service are paid. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ragnostic AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
